ポルシェに触発されて！

幼い頃から、ポルシェのあの独特なフォルムに非常に興味を持ち、又憧れ続けてまいりました。

ポルシェに乗り続けて20年以上が経ちますが、今だその魅力が薄れる事がありません。

自分の作品の制作過程の中でなんとか、あの独特のフォルムに近づきたい！

そんな思いから、ポルシェをイメージしたレリーフやイラストが出来つつあります。

ポルシェの魅力の一つに「お尻」があります。独特の形で一目で年式や型式がわかります。

若し頃、ドイツに出張があり、こちらはBMWの5シリーズでアウトバーン走行中、バッグミラーに映る赤い点、

それはみるみる近づき、走行車線に戻るやいなや、真っ赤なフェラーリテスタロッサが矢のように追い越して行きました。

そのすぐ後に、シルバーのポルシェターボが、これまた矢のように飛んで行ったのを私は忘れる事が出来ません。

そのターボの後ろ姿に、やられたのは間違いありません。

早いとは、美しさをも感じるのだな〜とも感じました。

「カッコ良すぎる！！美しい〜！！」

又大袈裟だな〜と思っていた、ターボのウィングは伊達ではないと感じたものでした。

早い車は、常にお尻を見せつけて走っており、これをなんとか形にしたいと思ったものです。

私はその時、ポルシェ９１１SCS に乗っていたのですが「次は絶対、ポルシェターボ！！」と誓ったものです。

（実際、その後ターボに乗る事になるのですが、あの大袈裟なウィングのあれを体現致しました）

そのポルシェのお尻をクローズアップし、ポルシェに映り込む「光」と「影」のラインを辿り出した作品となりました。

同じ、ポルシェ好きの方からも、特注オーダーも賜っております。

Since childhood, I have been extremely interested in, and have continued to admire, the unique shape of Porsche cars.

I have been driving Porsches for over 20 years now, and their charm has not faded at all.

In the process of creating my own works, I've wanted to somehow get closer to that unique form!

From such thoughts, I am creating reliefs and illustrations inspired by Porsche.

One of the charms of Porsche is its "rear." Its unique shape allows you to recognize the model and year at a glance.

When I was younger, I was on a business trip in Germany, driving a BMW 5 Series on the Autobahn, when a red dot appeared in the rearview mirror,

It rapidly approached and as soon as it switched back to the driving lane, a bright red Ferrari Testarossa sped past like an arrow.

Immediately after, a silver Porsche Turbo also flew by like an arrow, and I will never forget that sight.

I was definitely smitten by the rear view of that Turbo.

I even felt that speed was somehow beautiful.

"Too cool!! So beautiful!!"

I used to think the Turbo's wing was an exaggeration, but I felt it was indeed not just for show.

Fast cars always flaunt their rear as they drive, and I've wanted to somehow capture this in form.

At that time, I was driving a Porsche 911 SCS and swore, "Next time, definitely a Porsche Turbo!!"

(Indeed, I would later end up driving a Turbo, embodying that exaggerated wing.)

This work became a close-up of the Porsche's rear, tracing the lines of "light" and "shadow" reflected in the Porsche.
